How Does SHP Work in Wall Putty?
When added to wall putty formulations, Tenessy SHP reacts with the cement or gypsum matrix to form a siloxane-based hydrophobic network. This network lines the pores and capillaries of the wall surface, dramatically reducing water absorption without sealing the surface completely.
