Dans les syst\u00e8mes de mortier, l'HPMC agit principalement selon les m\u00e9canismes suivants :<\/span><\/p><p><!-- notionvc: d8bf0b1a-4a7c-441e-ad32-605d494701bc --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd7682e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dd7682e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">R\u00e9tention d'eau et \u00e9paississement<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0sont les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s les plus fondamentales et les plus importantes de l'HPMC. Il forme une structure r\u00e9ticulaire tridimensionnelle au sein du mortier, retenant l'eau libre \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du syst\u00e8me et r\u00e9duisant efficacement les pertes d'eau vers le support ainsi que l'\u00e9vaporation en surface. Des donn\u00e9es de recherche montrent que lorsque le dosage en HPMC atteint environ 0,4%, la r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau du mortier peut avoisiner les 100%. Cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e de r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau offre les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une hydratation compl\u00e8te des mat\u00e9riaux cimentaires (ciment, <span style=\"color: #339966;\"><a style=\"color: #339966;\" href=\"https:\/\/cntenaisi.com\/fr\/produits\/retardateur-de-gypse\/\">gypse<\/a><\/span>, etc.), ce qui influe directement sur le d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9sistance ultime du mortier.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong><span class=\"\">Am\u00e9lioration de la maniabilit\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"\">\u00a0est une autre valeur fondamentale de l'HPMC. Il conf\u00e8re au mortier une excellente thixotropie : celui-ci s'amincit pendant le malaxage pour faciliter l'application, puis s'\u00e9paissit au repos afin d'\u00e9viter tout affaissement. De plus, l'effet d'incorporation d'air de l'HPMC introduit des bulles microscopiques uniformes, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la fluidit\u00e9 et la maniabilit\u00e9 du mortier.<\/span><\/p><p><!-- notionvc: d8bf0b1a-4a7c-441e-ad32-605d494701bc --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-45a030f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"45a030f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">II. Principales techniques de conception des formulations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af0c456 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"af0c456\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis du dosage<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5d80885 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5d80885\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Le dosage de l'HPMC ne suit pas simplement le principe \u201c plus il y en a, mieux c'est \u201d. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le dosage recommand\u00e9 d'HPMC est compris entre 0,1% et 0,5% de la masse totale du mortier. Pour un mortier de ma\u00e7onnerie ordinaire, un dosage compris entre 0,21 TP3T et 0,31 TP3T est suffisant pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de r\u00e9tention d'eau ; pour un mortier d'enduit ext\u00e9rieur, qui exige une r\u00e9tention d'eau et une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la fissuration plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, le dosage peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e pour atteindre 0,31 TP3T \u00e0 0,51 TP3T.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><span class=\"\">Il convient de noter que lorsque le dosage d\u00e9passe 0,6%, la fluidit\u00e9 du mortier diminue en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, et une viscosit\u00e9 excessive peut entra\u00eener un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u201c\u201d adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 la truelle \u00bb, ce qui r\u00e9duit l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des travaux. Par ailleurs, un dosage trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 en HPMC augmente la demande en eau et a un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la r\u00e9sistance du mortier : des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019une augmentation du dosage en HPMC peut r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75%. D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, une viscosit\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e permet une meilleure r\u00e9tention d'eau, mais lorsque la viscosit\u00e9 d\u00e9passe 40 000 mPa\u00b7s, l'am\u00e9lioration de la r\u00e9tention d'eau devient moins marqu\u00e9e.
